By purchasing or accessing content on CloudQubes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

• You may not: Share your login credentials, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course content unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a CloudQubes authorized representative.
• Security: We monitor account usage. Simultaneous logins from different IP addresses or suspicious activity patterns may result in immediate account suspension.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

CloudQubes is an independent education provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or any other certification body.

• No Guarantee of Results: Our practice exams are designed to assist in your preparation. We make no guarantee, ensuring that the use of our services will result in a passing score on any certification exam.
• Accuracy: While we strive to keep our content up-to-date, certification exam objectives change frequently. We do not warrant that our content is error-free or perfectly aligns with the current official exam version.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudQubes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. In no event shall CloudQubes' aggregate liability for all claims related to the services exceed the total amount of fees received by CloudQubes from you for the use of paid services during the past six months.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect abuse of our policy or violation of these Terms.
