At CloudQubes, we strive to provide high-quality practice exams to help you prepare for your cloud certifications. We stand behind our content; however, because our products are digital goods delivered via the Internet, they are irrevocable once fully consumed.
To ensure fairness for both our customers and our business, we enforce the following refund policy:
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date if you are not satisfied with the quality of the content.
However, to prevent abuse of the platform, refunds are only approved if the following "Fair Use" conditions are met:
- Usage Limit: You have not attempted or viewed more than 20% of the total questions in the purchased exam pack.
- Completion Limit: You have not completed a full "Exam Mode" session (where the answers are revealed at the end).
- No Downloads: If the package included downloadable PDF resources, they have not been downloaded.
If you have consumed a significant portion of the material, the product is considered "used," and we cannot offer a refund.
2. Acceptable Reasons for a Refund
We will happily issue a refund under the following circumstances, provided they fall within the 7-day window:
- Technical Defects: The platform is inaccessible, or the content fails to load due to a technical error on our end that we cannot resolve within 48 hours.
- Accidental Purchase: You purchased the wrong exam track (e.g., AWS Developer instead of AWS Architect) and have not started the exam. Note: In this case, we can also offer an instant exchange for the correct course.
- Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same product due to a payment processing error.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- "I failed the real exam": Our practice tests are preparation tools. We do not guarantee a passing score on the official vendor certification exam.
- Change of Mind (Post-Consumption): You purchased the exam, took the tests, and decided you no longer need the material.
- Sale/Discounted Bundles: Products purchased during a special promotional event or as part of a high-discount bundle are final sale unless technically defective.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at help@cloudqubes.com.
- Security Requirement: For faster processing and security verification, please send the request from the email address associated with your CloudQubes account.
- Subject Line: "Refund Request - [Order ID]"
- Note: If you have lost access to your registered email, please provide the last 4 digits of the card used for payment so we can verify your identity manually.
- A brief explanation: Tell us why you want the refund.
5. Processing Time
Once your request is received, we will review your account activity to verify the "Fair Use" conditions.
- If approved, the refund will be processed immediately.
- Funds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing speed.
