Continuous deployment tools belong to two major camps; push-based and pull-based. Push-based tools may be easier to integrate with many deployment targets like virtual machines, Kubernetes, Docker, etc. But pull-based deployment tools are more secure and scalable when the deployment target is primarily Kubernetes.
